I am a runner, triathlete, and a certified RRCA Level 1 running coach. I coach new and beginner runners, those stepping up to new distances, and runners who want to feel more connected and confident in their training.
My coaching is inclusive, with a focus on BIPOC and women runners, and anyone working toward a general running goal or a specific race, from 5Ks to marathons. Whatever your starting point, I’m here to help you set goals, build strength, and enjoy the journey to the finish line.
